How is this different from running a crawl tool?
A crawl tool reports data. The audit interprets that data against search history and business intent, then specifies what should be fixed first.
How long does a website audit take?
Most organisational websites take one to three weeks from access to delivery. Indexed page count, languages, website complexity and available history affect the duration.
Do you implement the fixes?
Optionally. You can take the defect register to your own team, or ask us to scope the remediation separately.
What access do you need?
Search Console and analytics at owner level, plus read access to the hosting and WordPress environments. Exports can be used where policy restricts access.
Is the vulnerability scan a penetration test?
No. The audit checks common WordPress exposure, software status, users, files and known vulnerabilities. A manual penetration test is a separate specialist security engagement.
Can you audit a website that is not on WordPress?
Yes. The technical SEO diagnosis is CMS-independent. Theme, plugin and WordPress vulnerability checks apply only to WordPress websites. Any later implementation is scoped against the system in use.
Will the audit recommend a redesign?
Only where the evidence shows that targeted remediation cannot resolve the structural problem economically. Many audits lead to focused repairs rather than a full rebuild.
